this is... amazing. and reminds me of the book i'm (finally) reading (just about to finish), "The Wisdom of Whores" by Elizabeth Pisani. It's really a fun read if you haven't read it yet.

YES I just read it before coming out here!! It was fabulous. I know, reading about how they went about creating some of those reports and guidelines... yikes. But her descriptions of interacting with all those amazing people makes me wish I were doing something else with my life.
